The atmosphere of the hotel is cosy! The breakfast offers lots of coffee, tea and fruit. The location is marvellous and fantastic, at a short distance from a Swiss Reformed cathedral. It's in the good area just next door to the old town in Bern which is another bonus.

all in all, it's perfect place that has very nice staff at check-out. there is a train station walk from the hotel.

This place is cute and fairly clean, with awesome staff, cozy and good unit featuring a 90x200 bed, a spacious bar area making it a great choice for the weekend.

It would be better that they infromed us that they are charging the bill to the credit card that was used for the reservation when we checked in. Instead we had to ask and the request for the bill to be printed.

Perfect Location with Clock Tower Nearby ⏰

This place is situated in a super convenient spot, close to the iconic Clock Tower.

The location.

It was poorly equiped: no table, no rack for the bags etc.. The whole hotel made a cheerless impression, the stairway looked like that of a prison.

Excellent location, very clean and big rooms(room was upgraded) The staff was very friendly during check in.

terrible breakfast, only have micro wave food, cold and tasteless. even coffee also not hot enough. but bread, fruits and fruits juice served in good condition. very noisy downstair. made us can't sleep well.

The hotel is perfectly good and well-appointed, located near the city center. the staff is very helpful and attentive. It's a magnificent location close to the train station for food.

Hotel is a little bit dark and old.My room was different from photos that we saw in the website.A little bit expensive compare to the room facility.But location is good and easy to find.

Great value for money, comfortable rooms and convenient self-check-in process. The central location allowed easy access to all major sights in the old town of Bern. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I expected higher quality and comfort from a 3-star Hotel. On Sunday Reception works till 5pm only. There is no heating and quite cold in the shower.

Excellent location. A 5 min walk to train station. Hotel is right in the heart of town....Our booking was pushed back and I didn't get prompt reply from the hotel regarding the change. This is even after I called internationally to confirm the changes & still no follow up thereafter.

Reception staff or the people handling the booking to be more prompt in replies. We are travelling from across the globe so international calls are best to be avoided to resolve any issues.
